This website is operated by Padmini.co.uk. We may amend these terms from time to time so it’s your responsibility to make sure that you check to ensure you understand the terms. Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur.
No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. This website called Padmini.co.uk shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website. This does not warrant the information on this website in any way and in particular no warranty is given that the website or its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated. You are advised to make your own virus checks and to implement your own precautions in this respect. “Padmini.co.uk” exclude all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.
Any orders placed confirm that you are aware of our terms. Once an order is received you will receive a confirmation notifying you of receipt of your order this does not mean your order has been accepted.
The detailed descriptions of goods on our website are as per the manufacturers / supplier’s specification and descriptions and the product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. Please note there will be variations in colours pertaining to products manufactured from natural materials.
We have made every effort to keep the prices and description of goods up to date but the prices are subject to change without notice. If you place an order and if any or all of the items are not available or if a price is incorrect we will contact you with an option to reorder at the correct price or the option to cancel the part / whole order. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of notification we will cancel your order and refund in full back to your original method of payment and we will not substitute an item without contacting you first.
Payments
If clear payment is not received for your purchase your order will be cancelled within 7 day. Good will not be dispatched without clear payments.
We do not store any credit card details on our website / server. We use a secure payment processing server called Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb) to process online card payments and advice you check their privacy policy.
Shipping
Shipping rate is based on packed weight of items. If any items that are bulky, too large, fragile or the items are of a high value, they will be sent via courier from £7.50. Small items will be sent 2nd class on an untracked service via Royal Mail standard and delivered within 3 – 8 working days after dispatch. With the courier service we aim for 1 – 3 working days for dispatch of your orders. During busiest times the orders can take longer.
The packaging used to send orders is new and recycled and we do not offer gift wrapping service. The price shown of a product on this website does not include delivery charges which will be shown when you check out based on the total weight of the products purchased and you have the option to either proceed or cancel your order.
Items will not be delivered to a P.O Box address, please ensure that you provide us with a correct postal delivery address and that there is someone available to accept the delivery. Once the items are delivered and signed for the risk of damage or loss of items passes to the recipient. Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order.

Returns / Exchange & Refunds
We try and make sure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do let us know immediately.
Before returning any items, you must inform us of the reason for the return. Please quote your original order number on all returns and correspondence.
If a return is due to its colour it should be returned in line with the returns procedures and a refund will be given for the original cost of the item. No refund will be made for carriage fees involved. No refund / replacement will be made if a customer is dissatisfied with the colour of any product which is listed as having varying colours in the description or the product is made out of natural materials where the colours may vary.
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging and as “New”. Return postal and handling charges are your responsibility. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for item that does not arrive back to us.
In case of an item returned to us not arriving, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or a receipt of proof of postage.
We advise that customers return items of high value (£15 or more) a return signed for second class.
If an item you received is damaged / faulty or incomplete you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt in writing either by email info@padmini.co.uk or using our contact page, together with a photographic evidence all damaged items, so we can advise you if a return is necessary.
We do not accept returns caused by accident, normal wear and tear, and negligence by you, accident and wilful damage to the item or misuse.
We will only refund to the person who placed and paid for the order and refunds can take up to 14 days to process after receipt of the return item.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment used when you paid for the order. Refund amount will depends on the nature of the fault.

How we use cookies
Cookies are used on this website to make the site easier to use and are placed on your computer’s hard drive only with your permission.
